We want you to love your Pistola Denim, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, a pre-paid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print immediately.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your denim in the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
